Project Design
Communication is the basis of a great partnership. Our projects begin with the client's ideas and vision. These ideas are built upon as the project is designed and engineered, keeping the client's wants and needs at the highest priority. After the project is understood, we take it to the drawing board. We produce quality comprehensive drawings by hand and by CAD systems following state codebooks, local codebooks and handicapped accessibility guidelines. After the client's approval, the design is submitted to the appropriate building department for permit approval.
Project Implementation
At Holt & Reichard, Inc. we stand ready to work with the client's needs. In the implementation process we try to avoid hindering the customer's operation as much as possible and are available to answer any questions. We produce a safe working environment by following OSHA rules and regulations, maintaining safe equipment, and mental reinforcement of safety procedures for our employees. The pride we take in our work coupled with experience and knowledge allows us to produce quality work at all levels of a project.
